Water Softeners
A water softener is recommended when you have hardness (calcium and magnesium) in your water. Hard water causes lime scale deposits in household water systems which can clog pipes, reduce the efficiency of boilers and tanks and shorten the life of appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers and coffee makers. A water softener unit exchanges the hardness ions for salt or potassium ions which produces soft water and can also remove low levels of iron in the water.

High Pressure Drain Cleaning Equipment (Jetter)
High pressure drain cleaning equipment is required when there is a large obstruction, tree roots, or kitchen grease in the line causing a blocked/clogged drain. The jetter uses a high powered spinning water jet to push the obstruction out or to destroy tree roots. When finished clearing the obstruction, it power scrubs the line flushing debris away and restoring drain lines to their free-flowing capacity.
Sewer Camera Inspections
Some drain blockages will require a sewer camera to inspect the line to determine condition of sewer pipe, pipe deterioration, pipe sagging or cracks, pipe location and depth, tree roots and a variety of obstructions that could be in the line.
